This coaching has been very positive and affirmative.  The comfort and calmness in the session was high. Alexandra is an extremely good listener and she has been able to get into a point in my tummy, where I was hiding too many unsaid things.  I got some helpful feedback on how to view and work with my thoughts, that it is okay to be a “thinker”, but I also got a tool how to help myself more in some situations, where I use too much energy in getting to a decision/answer. I feel some how much stronger and more relieved and have more peace inside me.
